You deal directly with the challenges of adaptation, family conflicts and school issues of exchange students, and it is not always easy. This training was designed for someone who needs to act quickly, solve problems and make sure the experience is positive for everyone involved, including for your own mental health and well‑being.
You will learn practical strategies to manage expectations, mediate conflicts with host families, international program representatives and schools, and communicate more assertively with exchange students, all grounded in Intercultural Sciences: Intercultural Psychology and Intercultural Education. Because when you are well prepared, the exchange students will be too.
