Recruitment is now sustainable

No flights, no taxis, no brochures, no wastage, and a wider reach.
We are connecting students with educators from every corner of the globe, without harming our planet.

Our planet is asking us to change our ways. Rethinking recruitment to make it sustainable is the responsible & ethical thing to do.
At FPP we’re committed to doing the right thing.

Using technology towards
carbon neutral recruitment

Not so long ago, it seemed that the world’s resources were unlimited and that global warming was not important. Today, we know how false that is.

The digital revolution allows us to work together to find sustainable solutions that enable us to continue to grow, whilst protecting the planet and its remaining resources.

Connecting students and educators from every corner of the globe is what we at FPP are most passionate about, but we realised there must be a better way.

Our steps towards carbon neutrality

We are taking aggressive, industry-leading steps to reduce our emissions by focusing on three main areas:

Using technology

Dramatically reducing the environmental
impact recruitment activities have, whilst
reaching more of the world than ever before.

100% virtual

No flights, no taxis, no brochures, no
wastage, a wider reach, drastically reducing
the carbon footprint.

Eliminating all printing

No more flyers, no more brochures, no more
business cards, these are not needed in a
digital world where we all have smartphones.

Our actions towards sustainability

Using technology to meet virtually

Meetings today can be online - we don’t need to travel around the world for a short meeting. No flights, no taxis, no brochures, no wastage and a wider reach.

Choosing our providers wisely

All companies need providers - we will only choose to work with providers that have clear sustainability actions and plans to reduce our footprint.

Paperless business

We’ll never print anything. If we really have to, we’ll plant a tree for every single sheet of paper we print. Yes - a whole tree for just a single page!

No more brochures

If we attend any conferences, you’ll be able to learn more about us through digital tools. This means less for you to carry home as well!

Eliminating Business Cards

We’d still love to meet you all, but we won’t be giving you a business card. Instead, our NFC bamboo cards let you collect our contact details with the tap of a phone.
We’ll never take your business cards either - instead, we’ll take a photo so you have to print fewer cards.

Reducing our CO2

We’ll still need to travel every now and then, but we’ll always seek flights with lower CO2 emissions. We’ll choose greener hotels, take trains instead of taxis if possible, pool taxis rather than solo, or offset the difference by planting more trees.

Planting trees to offset our impact

Even though we are taking all these steps, we still have an impact in our planet.
To entirely offset our carbon footprint, we are planting one tree for every virtual booth we host at one of our virtual events, through our partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects.
