Description

An FPP Smart Fair is supported by in-house designed innovations, to help improve how you connect with students.

Not only will you meet students that have been matched with your institution, but through the FPP App you’ll be able to stay connected with them right through to enrolment, and beyond!

How do they work?

Students register for the event they wish to attend and create their profile. Students are then shown their match percentage with each exhibitor, so they know who they should visit during the event. Once you have met a student and scanned their ID badge, they’ll be added to your network in the FPP App. Not only will you receive their contact details, but they’ll be able to see your posts, check out your institution’s profile including brochures and videos, and stay in touch right through to enrolment, and beyond!

No more brochures

Each exhibitor will receive a pull-up banner, featuring a QR code for students to scan. Not only will this add them to your network, but they’ll be able to access all your brochures, videos and other information, meaning there’s no need to ship boxes of physical brochures.

An app for students

The new Student World App enables students to connect with exhibitors at the click of a button. Students can simply scan an exhibitors’ unique QR code through the app on their smartphone, which adds them to the community, and gives instant access to all digital brochures, videos, information, and more! By joining an exhibitor’s community, students are sharing their contact details which enables an easy follow-up after the event.

More sustainable

FPP’s in-person events have been designed to be more sustainable than ever before. We believe in protecting the future of our planet, and being back on the road doesn’t stop the work we’ve begun. For each student that visits an FPP Smart Student Fair, we will plant a tree to help offset the event’s impact. All materials used to make the event a success will be recycled, or re-used at other events where possible. We’ll also be choosing flights and other transportation with the lowest C02 emissions.
