This multi-year mandate reflects sustained confidence in FPP's ability to manage complex, government-led recruitment programs with consistency, neutrality, and operational excellence at scale.

"It was a pleasure to participate in the EduCanada Tour 2025 (January–February). The experience fully met our expectations.

The organization was outstanding, from pre-event communication to on-site logistics. Everything was well planned and executed, allowing us to focus entirely on engaging with prospective students.

The fair attracted a diverse and highly motivated student audience, resulting in a strong volume of meaningful leads. The choice of centrally located venues across different cities also played an important role in maximizing visibility and engagement.

I would like to commend the FPP team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout the tour. Their support made the experience smooth and highly productive.

I look forward to future collaborations."

Campus France - Government of France

France - Brazil Education Year 2025

In 2025, Campus France - on behalf of the French Government - was entrusted with a flagship education initiative in Brazil as part of the official France–Brazil Year of Celebration.

The first half of 2025 marked major celebrations of Brazil in France, including high-level official participation. The second half of the year shifted the focus to France in Brazil, requiring the delivery of a high-visibility, diplomatically sensitive education program.

For this milestone initiative, Campus France selected FPP as its strategic delivery partner.

Scope of the Initiative

FPP was responsible for the design and execution of two interconnected, official events in Brazil:

  • "Bem-vindo à França" - a national student recruitment fair representing French higher education
  • A B2B institutional networking event, held the day prior, with the presence of the Ambassador of France, bringing together French and Brazilian universities

Both events required strict adherence to official protocols, brand guidelines, and a high standard of operational excellence.

Execution & Innovation

In addition to full operational delivery, FPP developed a custom, high-technology scheduling system to support the B2B component of the initiative. The system enabled structured, time-efficient "speed-meeting" agendas between:

  • 39 French university representatives
  • 40+ Brazilian university counterparts

This technology ensured balanced participation, optimized meeting flow, and measurable outcomes for all institutions involved.

Outcome

Both the student fair and the B2B event were delivered successfully, meeting Campus France's objectives for visibility, engagement, and institutional collaboration during a year of exceptional diplomatic importance.

This case reflects FPP's capacity to deliver high-stakes, government-led education initiatives that combine diplomacy, operational precision, and intelligent technology.

"It was a very enriching experience to participate in FPP's The Student Expo and High School Tour. For us, a significant advantage was being able to meet a high volume of students with diverse profiles interested in studying abroad at a single event. Many end up considering France and the learning of the French language due to the opportunities and advantages of studying in France.

Regarding the High School Tour, it's worth highlighting that the selection of international schools was very well executed and brought together young bilingual and trilingual students with high potential. It turned out to be a very interesting experience to interact with younger students who are planning their next steps in education and life."
