Study in Europe Fair India 2026
A Nationwide Hybrid Recruitment Campaign for European Higher Education
FPP delivered the student-facing recruitment program for Study in Europe in India, combining major in-person fairs in New Delhi and Bangalore with a nationwide virtual fair connecting European higher education with students across India.
Europe. One country-wide recruitment campaign. Delivered by FPP.
Three student-facing events, one campaign
Two on-site fairs in India's most important student markets, followed by a virtual fair that opened the same European delegation to students anywhere in the country.
The programme also included a networking event for European and Indian universities in New Delhi (April 20) and an institutional event in Bangalore (April 22). Official programme: studyineuropefairs.eu.
From two major cities to students across India
In April 2026, Study in Europe brought European higher education to students across India through an integrated hybrid recruitment campaign.
FPP delivered the in-person Study in Europe fairs in New Delhi and Bangalore and the nationwide Study in Europe Virtual Fair, extending the initiative beyond the two host cities to prospective students throughout India.
The virtual event alone generated more than 5,000 student registrations and brought together 60 European universities, higher education institutions and national education organizations, making it the largest Study in Europe virtual fair ever held in India.
Together, the physical and virtual events created a national platform for Indian students to explore European universities, programs, scholarships and study destinations.
The physical fairs created high-quality face-to-face engagement in two of India's most important student markets. The virtual fair extended that reach nationwide.
More than 5,000 students registered to meet and interact with 60 European exhibitors online, giving institutions access to prospective students regardless of their location in India.
What students found online
- An exhibitor directory with all 60 European participants
- Virtual booths with programs, videos and downloadable materials
- One-to-one chat, audio and video with admissions staff
- Registration in under a minute, with profile data that pre-qualifies each student
One virtual event. Nationwide reach.
In person + nationwide digital reach
Each format did what it does best. Together they turned a two-city fair into a country-wide campaign.
New Delhi + Bangalore
Direct conversations between Indian students and European institutions in two major education markets.
All India
A nationwide digital event that allowed students across India to meet the same European institutions without needing to travel.
One campaign. Multiple engagement formats. Nationwide reach.
60 participants from 18 European countries
The delegation combined universities with national higher education promotion organizations, giving Indian students direct access both to individual institutions and to official European study destinations.
